1. 주문

주문접수 후 거래처 (뉴질랜드 현지 약국, 슈퍼마켓, 건강식품전문점 및 의약품 도매업체)에서 구매한 정품을 포장하여 발송합니다. 재고상황에 따라서 영업일 기준으로 1~5일 소요될 수 있습니다.

저희 네이처리브는 뉴질랜드에 소재하고 있는 쇼핑몰로서 시차적인 이유로 주문을 마치신 이후에 재고가 없음이 확인되는 경우가 발생할 수 있습니다. 이러한 경우에는 고객님들께 개별적으로 연락을 드린 후 처리방안을 안내해 드리고 있으니 안심하시고 쇼핑하시기 바랍니다. 

 

2. 배송

한국

모든 상품은 당사에서 국제항공택배로 발송되며, 인천공항세관 통관 후 우체국택배를 통해 고객님께 전달됩니다. 최소 택배 단위는 1kg이며 (구입하신 상품이 1kg미만이라도 1kg 택배비 부과) , 배송비는 kg당 NZ$12이며 중량에 따른 배송비는 장바구니에서 확인 가능합니다.

배송지는 한글로 기입하셔도 됩니다.

 

매주 월요일 목요일에 한국으로 택배가 발송됩니다.

발송 후 고객님께 도착까지 5일 정도 소요되나 한국 세관의 통관작업 및 우체국 택배 상황에 따라 2~3일 더 소요될 수 있습니다.


항공편은 항공사의 사정에 따라 예고없이 변경될 수 있습니다.

중국

최소택배 단위는 1kg이며 배송비는 kg당 NZ$5.50이며 중량에 따른 배송비는 장바구니에서 확인 가능합니다. 중국으로의 배송일은 약 10~14일 소요가 됩니다.

미국, 호주 배송은 DHL를 통하여 호주와 서부지역은 2~3일, 그외 지역은 7-10일 소요됩니다.

3. 통관

한국

모든 해외 구매대행 상품은 수령인의 개인통관고유부호가 요구됩니다.
수령인 성함은 개인통관고유부호 신청시 쓰셨던 이름과 동일하여야 합니다.
(영문 이름으로 발급 받은 경우 대문자, 소문자, 띄어쓰기가 개인통관고유부호 발급시 사용했던 것과 동일해야 합니다.)
개인통관고유부호는  관세청 발급 사이트에서 간편하게 발급할 수 있습니다.

품목별 1인당 1일 통관 기준은 다음과 같습니다.(한국기준)

  • 건강기능식품: 6개 이하
  • 유가공품(분유): 5kg 미만
  • 꿀(마누카꿀): 5kg미만
  • 화장품: 수량제한없음 ( 5kg미만)
  • 치약: 수량제한없음 ( 5kg미만)
  • 기타: 자가소비인 경우 수량제한없음 ( 5kg미만)
  • 네이처리브 구매금액 기준 (운송비포함) 약 NZ$180 (원화 15만원, 환율기준 NZ$1=800원) 이하인 경우 무관세 적용. 단, 구매가가 15만원 이상인 경우, 관세 및 부가세가 부가될 수 있으며 부담금은 고객님 본인 부담입니다.

네이처리브 이외에 구매하신 다른 해외배송제품이 같은 날 세관 도착시 합산 신고됩니다.
그로 인한 관세 발생 및 제품 초과분에 따른 폐기처리는 당사에서는 책임이 없습니다.

4. 배송지연

뉴질랜드 공휴일, 운송업체 및 세관 등 국가기관 사정에 의해 통관이 지연될 수 있습니다.

주문 시 휴대전화 번호를 남겨주시면 주문하신 물건의 발송, 통관과정, 예정 배달일시 등을 카카오톡으로 안내 받으실 수 있습니다.

호주, 미국은 DHL에서 전과정을 입력하신 Mobile number로 text를 통해서 알려드립니다.

1. 주문취소/변경이 가능한 경우

  • 주문상태가 주문확인, 입금확인인 경우에는 주문취소 및 변경이 가능합니다. (이메일 이용)
  • 주문 결제 후 해외 판매처의 사정 또는 품절로 인하여 주문 취소가 되는 경우 전액 환불이 가능합니다. (당사에서 뉴질랜드 결제 대행사를 통하여 환불 절차 진행)

2. 주문취소/변경이 불가능한 경우  

  • 주문 상태가  배송준비중, 배송중인 경우는 주문취소/변경이 불가능하며, 반품 / 환불요청만 가능합니다. 배송준비중부터 제품구매, 포장, 항공배송사로 이관 작업이 이미 이루어진 상태입니다.
  • 배송중인 상품이 수취고객님의 성함과 개인통관고유부호의 불일치/허위기재로 통관 불가될 경우 주문취소 및 환불이 불가합니다. (개인통관고유부호의 불일치로 통관이 지연되는 경우 확인 연락을 드립니다. 고객님의 확인 지연으로 인한 통관 불가 및 폐기처분에 대해서는 책임지지 않습니다.)

3. 반품/환불 안내

  • 네이처리브의 과실로 인한 오배송, 배송중 파손에 대해서는 교환 및 환불 처리를 해드립니다.오배송, 배송중 파손에 대해서 상품 수령한 날로부터 7일 이내 신청시 아래 절차에 따라 100% 교환 및 환불처리를 해드립니다.배송중 파손의 경우, 배송사의 보상처리지침에 의거 배송물품 수령 즉시 신청해야 하오니 고객센터로 바로 연락 부탁드립니다.
    - 배송중 파손 : 수령 즉시, 택배박스 내 포장상태, 파손상품, 부위 등을 촬영하여 사진과 주문번호 기재하여 고객센터로 연락하시고 상품 수거처로 택배발송
    - 오배송 : 오배송 상품 촬영하여 사진과 주문번호 기재하고 고객센터로 연락주신 후 상품 수거처로 택배발송 
    - 택배박스 포장 외에 상품 자체 포장을 개봉하는 등 상품성을 훼손시 환불/반품이 불가합니다.
    - 환불 처리 및 상품 재발송은 상품 수거 후 진행 됩니다.
